DESCRIPTION
ANAQUA is an automatic production unit, reliable and robust, generating on site the neutral anolyte by electrolysis, a universal ecologic cleaning bactericidal solution for disinfection and sterilization.
The ANAQUA units are controlled by a controller that continuously monitors the quality of the neutral anolyte.
They are equipped with an Ethernet port to allow remote control.
The ANAQUA units are built with care. They consist of materials and equipment to ensure high level of technology to ensure appropriate quality of these machines.
They comply with the European standards and ISO 9001, certified by VERITAS Office. All these benefits make our ANAQUA generators become an equipment built to bring you the best service for many years.
PRINCIPLE
ANAQUA units transform electro-chemically the NaCl salt containing water into to obtain a highly disinfectant solution with a neutral pH of about 7.5.
Its composition gives it many qualities and a very wide field of application. May be used in all environments to sterilize, disinfect, decontaminate, clean.
The neutral anolyte is composed of water containing NaCl salt (3g/l). This brine is used in ANAQUA units equipped with an electrochemical diaphragm reactor to synthesize two distinct ideas simultaneously liquefied: The anolyte and catholyte.
The anolyte is an acid solution at pH 2 with a redox potential of 1200mV +.
The catholyte is an alkaline solution to pH 13 with a redox potential of - 900mV.
The mixture of these two liquids makes possible to obtain a disinfectant solution with a highly variable proportion pH depending on the percentage the mixtures. We retain the solution of 50% acid anolyte and 50% of catholyte. This composition, named neutral anolyte has a pH of about 7.5.
UNIT MODELS ANAQUA
There are different types of ANAQUA units, all automated. They differ only by the volume of generated disinfectant. Their name is based on the output rate.

NEUTRAL ANOLYTE
With a oxidoreduction potential (ORP) of about 800mV, is neutral anolyte bactericide, fungicide and algicide with a free chlorine content of 10 times less than the commonly used sodium hypochlorite solutions. Indeed, thanks to this main property, it is possible to neutralize any viruses, bacteria and pathogen germs known, without causing resistance problems. It is therefore a complete disinfection, without side effects or harmful residues.
The neutral anolyte is eco friendly and biodegradable. After its action, this solution becomes in a few days, water and a small quantity of salt. So there is no risk of pollution to the environment by using this clean, simple and very economical technology. Used in agriculture, it is actively involved in the decontamination of soils and polluted groundwater.
Stored productions:
It is recommended to store the neutral anolyte during 30 days for an optimal efficiency of the product
The neutral anolyte is very economical:
1 liter of water + 3 grams of regular salt + a few watts consumed = 1 liter of neutral anolyte
The neutral anolyte is used wherever the pH is significant (corrosion) and if the evaporation of chlorine cannot be avoided. The neutral anolyte is very efficient against bacteria and viruses, and most of the time, the neutral anolyte is used to disinfect drinking water and other sources of water. Not counting that the neutral anolyte is widely used to disinfect / sterilize objects (floors, walls, tools, food products).
USE OF NEUTRAL ANOLYTE AND IMPLEMENTATION
There are various sectors of activity that use ANAQUA units and the method of application depends on the problems that must be resolved.
The neutral anolyte at about pH 7.5 is used in the most common situations :
• Diluted from 0.1 to 3%, improves the quality of drinking water.
• Diluted between 10 and 25% or 50% and spread out as mist, the neutral anolyte destroys all aerobic microorganisms into the most inaccessible places. An ideal way to prevent or eradicate outbreaks.
• Diluted between 0.1 and 4% in water boreholes or wells, the neutral anolyte completely disinfects the water and makes it potable.
• Diluted between 0.1 and 0.3% in the irrigation water, the neutral anolyte allows soil sanitation.
• Diluted between 0.1 and 1% in the waste water, the neutral anolyte disinfecting water and makes it usable for irrigation purposes.
• Added to water bodies or lakes, the neutral anolyte purifies water and reduces the proliferation of aquatic plants.
• Sprinkled on the ground, the neutral anolyte decontaminates polluted areas.
• Neutral anolyte is prophylactic and kills all microorganisms, including Mycobacterium tuberculosis and John, H5N1, H1N1
NOTE: Dosage values given above are purely illustrative. The actual values to be applied are those determined according to a recent comprehensive analysis of the environment or water to be treated and the results obtained.
Example: Use of ANAQUA unit in a water distribution system
Solution activated by ANAQUA units
The neutral anolyte is a colorless biocide transparent with a slight smell of chlorine in its mostly concentrated form. It is mainly formed of hypochlorous acid (HClO), and hypochlorite ions (ClO-). Its sporicidal and its biocidal activity is greater. Active substances comply with 98/8/EC and 2032/03/EC concerning the use of biocidal liquids on the market.
